Owning your site
Do I own my website on the monthly plan?
On the monthly plan, North Web Dev builds and manages the website while you pay $200 a month. You can buy the site out at any time for $2,500 flat. After the buyout it is 100% yours: the design, the code, and the content, with no strings attached.
Who owns my domain name?
You do, always. Your domain is registered in your name and stays in your control no matter what. If you ever leave, the domain goes wherever you go. North Web Dev will help you register one or connect the one you already own.
What happens after the 12 month minimum?
After 12 months the monthly plan simply continues month to month at the same $200 price. There is no new contract and no rate jump. You can keep going, cancel with thirty days notice, or buy the site out for $2,500 flat whenever you choose.

The monthly plan
What counts as an edit on the monthly plan?
Routine updates are included in the $200 monthly price: changing text, swapping photos, updating hours, and refreshing menus or service lists. Bigger work such as new pages, new features, or online ordering is quoted simply before anything starts, so you always know the cost up front.
How long does a new website take?
Most North Web Dev sites go live in two to three weeks from the first call. That covers design, building, your review, and launch. Bigger custom builds with ordering or booking systems take longer, and you get an honest timeline in the quote before work begins.
What if I already have a website?
No problem. North Web Dev rebuilds your site properly on either plan and handles the move: content, domain, and email stay intact, and the old site stays up until the new one goes live. Visitors never see a gap, and your search rankings carry over.

Custom builds and automations
What does a custom build include?
Custom builds start at $2,500 one time and you own everything from day one. They cover design, development, and launch, and they fit businesses that need online ordering, bookings, or integrations with other tools. An optional care plan from $150 a month keeps it hosted and maintained.
What are the AI automations?
North Web Dev offers three automations for existing clients: missed call text back, which instantly texts customers you could not answer; review automation, which invites happy customers to leave Google reviews; and chat intake, which answers common questions on your site and collects leads while you work.
Do you only work with bars, contractors, and restaurants?
No. Those pages exist because North Web Dev knows those businesses well, but the plans fit any local business: salons, gyms, shops, landscapers, accountants, or anyone whose customers find them online. If your business serves a local customer, the same flat price applies.
